Journey To Wholeness 12 Step Program

Smoking Cessation – Learn how to recognize triggers and explore ways to inject positive responses in order to curb cravings and stop usage.

Chemical Dependency – Learn the core reasons for continued drug and alcohol usage in order to combat the adage that once an addict always an addict. (FASTER Track Scale)

Information on how to access community resources such as SNAP (food stamps), AHCCCS (AZ. State Medicaid), bus passes, etc.

Financial Management – Learn to create and manage a budget, open a bank account, pay bills, be financially responsible.

Health and Nutrition:Learn the connection between nutrition and recovery; discover the keys to living a healthy lifestyle including daily exercise and eating a well-balanced healthy diet.

Job Skills Preparation- Resume writing, Interviewing skills, dressing for success
